The order of registration:

1. Provide complete information regarding his/her particular disease - by fax or  mail; According to the sent information the patient will receive the answer of consultation of the expert in the given area, the plan of basic inspections and treatments, preliminary cost of the cores necessary medical - diagnostic action, and percent of success and risk in each concrete case

2. Confirm his/her readiness to come to Israel to receive consultations/treatment if  required;

3. Confirm his/her knowledge of the subject and the conditions of the contract with  the company.

In case of the decision of the client to arrive on treatment to Israel the firm guarantees:

1. Invitation to Israel for the client and an accompanying person.

2. Hotel reservation or other kind of accommodation, and all other services required for the client's visit, as agreed between the parties and with respect to the client's disease (living accommodation and meals are paid by the client).

3. Meeting the client in the airport and seeing him off to the airport.

4. Accompanying the client and providing transportation and simultaneous translation during consultations, medical examination and treatment.

7. Supplying whatever is required for treatment and medical care at the client's expense.

8. Providing dental treatment at the client's request. 

9. Full confidentiality of all medical, financial and private information.

10.  Purchase for the subsequent out-patient treatment of medicines and auxiliary medical means.

11. Additional services of the maximum class for V.I.P. patients under the separate arrangement.

 And set of other services as required.
